Faculty of Law Naresuan University are delighted to congratulate our law students recently granted 3 awards from the 2023 Innovation Awards for Undergraduate Students of Naresuan University in the category of Undergraduate Thesis in Social Science

1. The thesis titled “Artificial Intelligence and the Criminal Liability” won the first runner-up. Supervisor of this project is Suttinee Yusawat.

2. The thesis titled “Problems on Implementation and Enforcement of Article 1523 of Civil and Commercial Code: Same-sex Divorce and Alimony Due to Infidelity” won the first runner-up. Supervisor of this project is Assistant Professor Janyarak Suvapan.

3. The thesis titled “Improving Legal Measures for Addressing Illegal Dumpling of Recyclable Hazardous Industrial Waste in Thailand” won the second runner-up. Supervisor of this project is Dr. Ashijya Otwong.
